Every dogs needs a home.

Though we aim to create the best possible living conditions for the dogs at Hopeland, nothing is the same as having a home of your own. Our biggest wish for our dogs is that they get to experince the joy and security that comes with living in a stable, loving environment.

Caring for a dog is a lifelong commitment, which we expect potential adopters to be aware of. Adopting a rescue will require your patience and understanding, since you’ll be taken care of an animal that most likely have experienced suffering and neglect in the past.

When adopting a dog from Hopeland, people will sometimes come and stay with us for a short period of time in order to get to know the dog that they’re interested in, or simply as a way to get to know the different dogs at Hopeland.
