Meet Salt, a resilient soul who overcame adversity to find her happily ever after. Salt spent most of her life confined to the space of a balcony in a horror house. Neglected and alone, she endured a life surrounded by filth, with water covered in moss and a burn on her forehead.

But Salt's story took a beautiful turn when she was rescued and brought to Hopeland Dog Sanctuary. There, surrounded by caring volunteers, Salt experienced love and attention like never before. She reveled in cuddles and affection, soaking up every moment of kindness that came her way.

Thanks to the dedication of the sanctuary and the love of her newfound friends, Salt flourished in her new environment. Then amazingly, Salt found her forever family. Now, Salt is able to share love and receive love in her new home, as a changed dog.
