Johnny

Our dream dog, Johnny, is an active and playful young dog who is looking for a loving forever home. He's looking for a home where he'll get lots of cuddles and love, because Johnny's ready to be someone's number one. With his light brown eyes and cute bent ears, he knows exactly how to charm the volunteers into giving him a treat or two—because Johnny loves food! Not only is Johnny a real gourmet, but he's also eager to learn. He'll do just about anything for treat, which is great for training. He's also laid-back and enjoys long cuddles. But Johnny is happy to play with his four-legged friends or with his ball too. Sadly, Johnny is now a bit lonely as his two companions that he has been with since he came to Hopeland have recently been adopted, so he visibly misses running and playing with them. He's great on the leash and loves going for walks with the volunteers. We are happy to say that Johnny has excelled in his journey from former street dog to potential family dog. He's such a ray of sunshine, but he's always been overlooked. Johnny loves puppies, and we see him as puppy himself - he has the kind and affectionate personality that will make your heart melt. We would love for Johnny to get adopted like his two companions - we're looking for a loving home for Johnny where he can develop and grow.
