Em

Our wonderful Em was our little phoenix. During her initial days at the Hopeland shelter, she was a cause for concern as she was quite thin and had little interest in eating. Thanks to the dedicated volunteers on site, who used a variety of tricks to encourage her to eat, sweet Em rediscovered her appetite and became more lively with each passing day. Soon, she eagerly stood at the gate, jumping with joy when the food bowl arrived. She not only looked significantly healthier but grew into a delightful, cheerful young dog. Em frolicked in the spacious play area with her siblings and happily accepted cuddles from the volunteers. She also loved to go outside on walks and became very confident on the leash. She adored people, was very social, and didn't let anyone take advantage of her—a brave and lovable little girl. Who now thanks to Hopeland shelter, is able to share this with her forever family.
